A specially engineered natural diamond abrasive, consisting of super blocky well shaped crystals free of all metal inclusions. Its thermal properties allow exposure to very high temperatures without affecting its crystal strength. In the Saw sizes, its sharp cutting edges make it ideal for the drilling and sawing of concrete, reinforced plastics, masonry and marble. Ideal for electroplating tools. In the wheel sizes, its sharp cutting edges make it ideal for use in free cutting diamond tools and dental burs. For use in the drilling and grinding of glass, ceramics, plastics, tungsten carbide. For electroplated and metal bonds.

Natural Standard
Irregular but blocky natural diamond, this product, with its well defined cutting edges, is the product of choice, in general purpose applications, where high thermal strength and the sharp cutting properties of natural diamond is required. Also recommended for electroplated diamond tools.
This product originates from Boart. A special crushing and milling process produces strong, blocky crystals. Excellent results are achieved in Metal Bond and other high wear grinding and lapping applications.

RD Series
RD 90
This product is also a premium quality natural diamond, mechanically rounded and chemically polished to produce a round spherical diamond. A superior quality natural diamond mechanically and chemically treated to produce a high polished, highly rounded and very smooth translucent drill stone. For sawing and drilling and for use in rotary profile dressing tools and the dressing of conventional grinding wheels.
RD 50
This product is also a premium quality natural diamond, mechanically rounded to produce a round yet sharp angular diamond.
Our RD series is available in drilling sizes: 1 carat, 3/4 ct, 1/2 ct, 1/3 ct, 1/2 ct, 5-6 spc, 6-8 spc, 8-10 spc, and all sizes through to 500 spc. mesh sizes also available from 16/18 to 60/80 mesh.
