Mant USA offers a standard 45-55% Ceramic coating percentage on our Resin Bond products and Metal Bond products.

Ceramic Coating Designations:

MRB-Ceramic – This is our Resin Bond coated to 45-55% Ceramic.

MMB-Ceramic – This is our Metal Bond coated to 45-55% Ceramic.

Mant USA Ceramic Coatings improve bond retention and assists the transfer of heat from the grinding area, minimizing localized overheating and avoiding thermal degradation of both the diamond and the bond.  This results in extended crystal and bond life and  higher working efficiency.
