Mant USA offers a standard 50% Electroless Copper coating percentage on our Resin Bond products.

Copper Coating Designations:

MRB-Cu50% – This is our Resin Bond coated to 50% Copper.

Mant USA Copper Coatings improve bond retention and assists the transfer of heat from the grinding area, minimizing localized overheating and avoiding thermal degradation of both the diamond and the bond.  This results in extended crystal and bond life and  higher working efficiency.  Electroless copper in Resin Bonds has been found to be particularly effective in the dry grinding of cemented carbides.
